On the heels of a meeting with the Oracle of Omaha, Brian began his career with a local, boutique Kansas City development company. After successfully establishing their brokerage arm his team raised the developer’s portfolio occupancy to 96% and looked to 3rd party brokerage to further grow the business. Brian grew the list of clientele before transitioning as a founding partner (first employee) of NorthPoint Development in 2012. Actively leasing over 100,000SF annually, Brian established the team’s reputation as a premium resource for leasing, sales or development needs in the Northland.

While growing and managing the Beyond Brokerage team, Brian specialized in site sourcing for Beyond Self Storage and Stonecrest Senior Living. He lead the effort to source over 30 development sites for those clients alone representing over $40,000,000 in transactions and a quarter billion dollars in investment since 2015; while actively leading upwards of $20,000,000/year in annual sales and leasing transaction volume.

Brendan knew he loved real estate since his days as a sophomore in high school, when he helped his parents find a new vacation home. He accompanied his parents on every tour and joined newsletters to learn all about the market at 16 years old. That love evolved from residential into commercial properties after several internships throughout his years at the University of Missouri.

Now, Brendan’s passion for real estate has found a home with Beyond Brokerage where he will cultivate new opportunities to represent tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers in the Kansas City market.

Throughout his years of watching and learning from his mentors, Brendan understands the importance of offering 10x the value of what his clients expect. This is what makes him dedicated to networking, cold outreaching, and brainstorming on different methods to impact his clients’ lives.

When Brendan’s not working, you can most likely catch him boating during the summer months. And over the colder months, he’s finding time to fish, meet with family, and finding his next warm vacation spot to escape the cold.

Nevin Rosner

After spending 11 years in sales, marketing, and business development roles, Nevin decided to pursue a long-time dream and transitioned into real estate.

It didn't take long before he realized he was hooked!

Over the past 5 years, Nevin has helped over 90 families purchase, sell, or invest in real estate totally over $30M+ in volume. After working in residential real estate for the past 5 years, Nevin is ready to add commercial real estate transactions to the mix!

Nevin lives in the Northland of Kansas City with his wife, Gabrielle, newborn son, Graham, and their Australian Shepherd, Poppy.

On his time off, you'll catch Nevin spending time with family, watching whatever sport is on at a given time, and perfecting his golf game.

Lynette Russ

In 2024 Lynette joined NorthPoint Development as part of their Beyond Brokerage team where she intentionally focuses on prioritizing working with people who share her values in transacting; passion for their work and the people they serve, a clear vision of the impact and outcomes they seek through real estate, and a strong commitment to financial integrity. Some of her past and current clients include Cosentinos Market, Furniture Mall of Kansas, Westlake ACE Hardware, TIVOL, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, and MAXUS Properties. Her primary focus now is finding investment opportunities to create value and wealth for her clients, the Beyond Brokerage Team and NorthPoint Development.

Lynette began her real estate career in 2009. She started with one of Kansas City’s most prominent family-owned real estate firms, now known as Copaken Brooks. A significant influence early in her career was Ryan Biery, one of the leading landlord agents in the Kansas City metro area. She then spent two years at CBRE, where she explored working with institutional owners and investors, realizing her preference was in collaborating with local developers. This led her to spend seven years with Cadence Commercial Real Estate, where she cultivated her entrepreneurial spirit, expanded her personal real estate portfolio, and launched Blooming Consciousness, a consulting business supporting ambitious individuals by helping them develop their intuition to make better business decisions.

Lynette’s strengths lie in her ability to intuitively strategize, think creatively, build energetically aligned teams, and take massive, inspired action. A Kansas City native, she takes her work personally. She and her husband, John, are parents to two young boys, Max and Cosmo. Lynette would say she was made to be a boy mom.

Ashley is an ambitious, efficient, and creative professional with extensive experience in cultivating client relationships and managing projects. She appreciates our ever-evolving, fast-paced environment and opportunities to bring innovative strategies while utilizing her leadership skills.

Previously working as a kindergarten teacher, Ashley joined our third-party brokerage team to ensure we stay in compliance and elevate our client’s experience…no recess breaks here!

Work hard play hard, right? When she’s not in the office, you’re more than likely to find her doing CrossFit, renovating her home, playing sand volleyball, or running with Murph, the fastest German Shepherd alive.
