On the heels of a meeting with the Oracle of Omaha, Brian began his career with a local, boutique Kansas City development company. After successfully establishing their brokerage arm his team raised the developer’s portfolio occupancy to 96% and looked to 3rd party brokerage to further grow the business. Brian grew the list of clientele before transitioning as a founding partner (first employee) of NorthPoint Development in 2012. Actively leasing over 100,000SF annually, Brian established the team’s reputation as a premium resource for leasing, sales or development needs in the Northland.
While growing and managing the Beyond Brokerage team, Brian specialized in site sourcing for Beyond Self Storage and Stonecrest Senior Living. He lead the effort to source over 30 development sites for those clients alone representing over $40,000,000 in transactions and a quarter billion dollars in investment since 2015; while actively leading upwards of $20,000,000/year in annual sales and leasing transaction volume.
Brendan knew he loved real estate since his days as a sophomore in high school, when he helped his parents find a new vacation home. He accompanied his parents on every tour and joined newsletters to learn all about the market at 16 years old. That love evolved from residential into commercial properties after several internships throughout his years at the University of Missouri.
Now, Brendan’s passion for real estate has found a home with Beyond Brokerage where he will cultivate new opportunities to represent tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers in the Kansas City market.
Throughout his years of watching and learning from his mentors, Brendan understands the importance of offering 10x the value of what his clients expect. This is what makes him dedicated to networking, cold outreaching, and brainstorming on different methods to impact his clients’ lives.
When Brendan’s not working, you can most likely catch him boating during the summer months. And over the colder months, he’s finding time to fish, meet with family, and finding his next warm vacation spot to escape the cold.
Beyond Brokerage rescued Jayme from a stifling career in corporate supply chain in 2015. Jayme was eager to learn everything she could about the industry and dove in head first, spending her free time databasing buildings and tenants. Jayme is diligent about setting aside time to cold call and relentlessly tracks interactions and follow-ups in her CRM. Jayme networks like a crazy woman and often finds off-market deals for her clients. Passionate about real estate and Kansas City, she finds great joy in helping her clients achieve their goals.
Jayme is licensed in both Missouri and Kansas and has transacted on office, retail, industrial, land, and 1031s. She has achieved her CCIM designation and is active in CREW, ICSC, Women in Real Estate and Development, and her church.
When she’s not working, Jayme is usually at an activity for one of her four kids. Otherwise, you might find her spending time with her husband Mark, dreaming about her home renovations, planning her next vacation, cheering on the Missouri Tigers, or eating queso.
